CEPIA was officially born on the 30th of August 2005 when the constitutional act was signed. However, the program had been growing for four months in the minds of its two mothers: Laetitia Deweer and Lotje De Ridder. Gerardo Brenes, Caroline Lemaire, Isabelle Vandevelde and Van Salcedo became involved as founding members and are still actve today in the organization. |
